Our Approach to Dental Care

Established in 1980, we have proudly remained a fee-for-service practice from the very beginning.

As a fee-for-service office, we are out of network with dental insurance companies. This allows us to focus on providing the highest quality of care without being limited by insurance restrictions, treatment policies, or requirements that may not always align with what is best for our patients.

Although we are out of network, we are committed to helping you make the most of your insurance benefits. We file insurance claims on your behalf and often spend significant time communicating directly with insurance companies to help ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement available under your individual plan.

We also place a strong emphasis on thorough charting and documentation. Careful documentation allows us to clearly support the treatment we provide and helps minimize claim denials whenever possible.

Thoughtful, Transparent Fees

We are committed to providing exceptional dental care at a fair and thoughtful fee. Our fees are intentionally maintained within the 50th–60th percentile of prevailing fees in our area, allowing us to deliver a high standard of personalized care while remaining reasonably accessible to our patients.

Our treatment recommendations are based solely on your individual needs—not on maximizing procedures or production. We do not believe in recommending unnecessary treatment or adding services or billing codes simply to increase revenue.

Instead, we are committed to providing honest, ethical, and compassionate care, with recommendations based on what we genuinely believe is in your best interest.

We also believe in being transparent about the cost of treatment from the very beginning, so you can make informed and confident decisions about your dental care.

Designed to make quality dental care more accessible and predictable, the plan provides an alternative to traditional dental insurance while allowing you to continue receiving care from our practice.
